RESOURCE CONSENT Changing Spaces provides detailed planting plans and reports as part of the Resource Consent process. We liase with local body authorities for an expedient Consent process. LANDSCAPE PLANS Changing Spaces will produce both conceptual and detailed planting plans for your commercial project. Once these are approved and a landscape specification written, we will organize competent, independent contractors to quote on and implement the work. PLANS DRAWN ON CAD PROGRAMME all landscape plans are drawn on the conputer. this has the following advantages. -plans can be imported directly from the architect or surveyor -concepts can be sent through as PDF files -changes to concept and planting plans can be made very quickly and easily MAINTANANCE On commercial sites, Changing Spaces prefers to organize ongoing maintenance –crucial for the “first impressions” impact a prestigious firm requires. |
